When Are Refunds Available?
You are eligible for a full refund if your product has any of the following defects and is unworn and unwashed:
- Visible tears or holes in the fabric upon arrival.
- Stitching errors that affect durability or appearance (e.g., unraveling seams, loose threads).
- Incorrect sizing (e.g., wrong size delivered).
- Printing issues, such as faded, off-center, or peeling designs.
- Fabric discoloration or stains present upon delivery.
- Zipper or button malfunctions that prevent proper use.
To qualify for a refund:
- You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be unworn and unwashed.
- Provide clear photos showing the defect.
How to Request a Refund:
- Contact our customer service team at info@wieloo.com or here within 30 days.
- Include your order number and a description of the defect.
- Attach clear photos showing the specific issue (e.g., stitching, printing error).
- Ensure the product has not been worn or washed before making the claim.
Once the defect is verified through photos, we will process your refund. You do not need to return the product.
Important Notes:
- Refunds will not be issued for a simple change of mind. We can only offer refunds for items that are defective or faulty, as described above.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we verify the issue.
